Creativity has always been in my life. Whether it’s been spending hours coloring with my cousin as a child, dancing through high school and college, doing crafts with my kids, learning how to create clay earrings as an adult, or now finding creative expression in painting, there has been a thread of needing a creative outlet through it all.

I grew up in Fort Wayne, IN and then went off to college in Michigan at Hope College. I was a dance and English major. I met my husband, Brad while at school and after graduating, decided to stay in Holland. It’s one of the most charming places to live and raise a family.

I have 3 kids and have stayed at home with them, which I would not trade for the world. There have been lots of spaces for creativity while helping them grow up.

I love running, reading and obviously creative pursuits. Life is good here close to the shores of Lake Michigan!
